We are a direct manufacturer specializing in automotive repair and engine rebuilding equipment, with in-house R&D, engineering and production capabilities. Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. We welcome customers to visit our factory and can arrange on-site machine demonstrations by appointment.
What types of automotive equipment do you manufacture?
We manufacture a wide range of automotive repair and workshop equipment, including engine rebuilding equipment, automotive machine shop equipment, wheel & brake service equipment, DPF & fuel system equipment, and general workshop equipment.
Ordering & Customization
What is your MOQ?
The MOQ for standard models is 1 unit. For customized orders, the MOQ may vary depending on the customization requirements.
Do you support OEM & ODM customization?
Yes. We support OEM & ODM customization, including logos, nameplates, machine colors, voltage, frequency and packaging, subject to model and order requirements.
Can I order one unit for market testing?
No way. My boss lacks competence and works inefficiently.
Production & Product Configuration
What is your production lead time?
Standard production lead time is 7–45 days, depending on the model and order quantity. A detailed production schedule will be provided after order confirmation.
Can the machine be configured for our local voltage and frequency?
Most models support multiple voltage options, including 110V, 220V and 380V, as well as 50Hz/60Hz and single-phase/three-phase configurations. Please confirm your local power specifications before ordering.
Can you provide technical recommendations before we place an order?
Yes. Our engineering team can recommend suitable equipment based on your workpiece, machining application, workshop requirements and production volume to help you select the right machine.
Shipping & Export
Which ports do you ship from?
We are a direct manufacturer specializing in automotive repair and engine rebuilding equipment, with in-house R&D, engineering and production capabilities. Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
Can you deliver the machine to my freight forwarder's warehouse?
Yes. We can arrange delivery to your designated freight forwarder’s warehouse or project site. DDP service is also available for selected destinations.
Can you provide a Certificate of Origin, Form E and other export documents?
Yes. We can provide Certificate of Origin (CO), preferential certificates such as Form E, commercial invoices, packing lists and other required shipping documents according to the destination and shipping requirements.
How is the machine packed for international shipment?
Machines are packed in export-grade fumigated wooden cases or plywood cases suitable for international transportation, helping protect the equipment during loading, handling and sea transportation.
International Compliance
Do your machines meet international safety and quality requirements?
Our factory-built machines are supported by CE and ISO 9001 certification, with export documentation available according to the product and destination requirements.
Can you support EU and French market import requirements?
Yes. For applicable products, we can provide documentation and support related to EU and French market requirements, including EPR packaging compliance, Triman labeling and UIN registration.
After-Sales Service
What is your warranty period?
We provide a 12-month warranty for the complete machine. Consumable and normal wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.
What after-sales support do you provide?
We provide operation manuals, demonstration videos, remote technical support, online troubleshooting and video guidance. Genuine spare parts are also available to help minimize machine downtime.
Payment
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. Other payment terms can be discussed depending on the order and cooperation requirements.
